This presentation will cover the common causes of vomiting and diarrhea in our shelter animals, things that foster and pet parents can look out for at home, and the common ways that our medical team treats these conditions.

About Kyla Townsend, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine:
Kyla Townsend graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2012 and has been with Toronto Humane Society since 2014. In addition to her regular duties of providing medical care to the shelter animals, Kyla has been involved with Toronto Humane Society’s outreach trips to communities in Northern Ontario. In her spare time, Kyla often travels internationally to volunteer to provide spay/neuter services in other countries. She is also a proud Foster Parent.
